Volunteer for Somerset School’s 2026 Casino Fundraiser
Friends of Somerset School Foundation is looking for community volunteers to support the Somerset School casino fundraiser on Friday, October 16, and Saturday, October 17, 2026. This bi-annual event is an important way to raise significant funds for Somerset School students.
We need to fill 36 volunteer time slots in total—18 on each day. Whether you are a Somerset parent, caregiver, family member, or community supporter, your time can help fund services, activities, and projects that enrich student experiences.
Choose a Day or Night Volunteer Shift
A variety of positions and shift times are available over the two-day casino event. Day shifts run from 11:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., while night shifts run from 7:15 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
Volunteer opportunities may include roles such as banker, cashier, chip runner, and count room. These behind-the-scenes positions help the casino fundraiser run smoothly and are an essential part of the event.
You are welcome to volunteer for more than one shift across October 16 and 17. If you do, please choose the same position for every shift. This consistency helps the event team meet casino requirements and keep each role well supported.
Why the Somerset School Casino Fundraiser Matters
This bi-annual casino fundraiser helps Friends of Somerset School Foundation raise meaningful funds for Somerset School and its students. The money raised supports a range of school services, activities, and projects that benefit children and strengthen the Somerset School community.
A single volunteer shift is a practical, high-impact way to support students. By giving your time, you help create more opportunities for Somerset School children without asking families to take on another purchase or event commitment.
